More than a decade in construction, a move into IT and a belief that better digital tools can make work simpler.
READ THE STORY ↓Construction sites depend on good information, but getting that information recorded and into the right hands can take more time than it should. A long-standing interest in technology gradually turned that frustration into an idea for something better.
Our founder started as a site administrator, then supported a contracts manager across different projects. That work brought first-hand experience of project administration, costs, bills of quantities and estimating.
The move into assistant site supervision, and later site supervision, made the cost of disconnected paperwork impossible to ignore. Forms were printed, completed, filed and chased when people needed information quickly.
A redundancy in 2024 opened the door to a role with an IT company. At the start of 2025, our founder also began building for other businesses, including the Hear Well Kent website and a website, store and loyalty portal for Fat & Sassy Bakes.
The business brings those two paths together: digital design and development for clients, alongside an in-development platform shaped by the practical realities of construction work.
We create websites, web apps and portals for businesses that need a stronger digital presence or a better way to work. Separately, we are developing ConstructIT360 Site to connect construction records from site to office. Both are shaped by the same belief: technology should make the real job easier.
